Message : everybody starts somewhere, here's where i started.(90 NA)
:

:first, i went to autozone to get the oil

:
:came back home, suddenly realized that i didn't have the oil filter. go to craigen's this time to get the filter

:I got the jack from sears which is 2 1/2 ton, but it doesn't work because its too high.(cost me $27+tax including the 2 stands. good deal huh?
:
:
:
:so what do i do? I got this from ebay.com for 99+15 shipping = $114

this is low enough now.
:
:now I got myself ready! get under the car and unscrew
:the oil drain plug with this
:
:then I can't get the oil filter off because its too tight. so i went to craigen again (1.5 miles from home), and got this:
:
:
:and this
:
:
:then this is what I used to unscrew the oil filter
:
:it only takes 4 quarts though i got 5 quarts of oil.
:
:NOW HEADACHE, HOW DO I GET THIS TRANSPORTED TO CRAIGENS?
:
:MISTAKES MAKEN:
:1. WHEN DRAINING THE OIL, I FORGOT THE POP THE HOOD AND OPEN THE OIL CAP.
:2. I GOT USED OIL ALL OF MY HANDS , AND DIDN'T HAVE TOWEL TO WIPE OUT
:MY NEXT PROJECT, IS TO CHANGE THE TIMING BELT FOR 95 TT ON THE LEFT.
:
:I have no experience, believe me, this is the first time i work on my car ( though i saw somebody else for 5 hours changing the timing belt for my white NA)
:just wait and see, i suddenly realize that its not a good idea to live in an apartment since you got no place to work in.
